Computer animated voice, asking for someone who does not work here. No option given to respond to the call. Call daily.

this number has been calling me repeatedly. I am sick of this and having the same thing happen. someone needs to do something

Caller is not on the phone right away hwen I pick up - they ask for the person in charge of debit/credit and get hostile easliy. I am in charge of the office so I take their number and they call right back - they have called so many times I have lost count. This is a buisness and they are very annoying!

They call often, ask for the owner by first name, trying to appear as a buddy. Once, he claimed we came to him "highly reccommended" by the largest contractor in our area. When we asked who, he gave us the name of a two-man operation 2 hours from us. We called him, and he said he gets calls from us all the time. The dude just gave us the next victim on his list.

GORDON & WEINBERG are nothing but a couple of guys who have law degrees from schools no one has heard of and cannot make living from their law pratice so they take accounts that are many years old and they try and trick people into thinking they owe someone money but most of what they say to do it is pure crap. It sounds like they use a telemarketing company in Nigeria and the so called law firm does not even have someone to answer the phone or any way to leave a message for these deadbeat lawers. When I have talked to them on the phone they say thay cannot discuss why they are calling without me giving the my SSN. They are not even licensed to do business in Florida where I live but that does not stop them they are completely dishonest

Told me his name is Jimmy Gibson from Chase. Started the call very friendly, pretending to be someone I know. He asked for a person by name; I told him he had the wrong number. He said no he didn't, that I sounded just like the person on the answering machine. DUH! I do not leave my name on the answering machine, so of course that is my voice...just not my name.
